STORE PROCESSING AND DISPATCH TIMES

Although the store is open 24hrs online, the processing and dispatch times are  8:00am until 5:00pm  MONDAY to FRIDAY, (excluding Bank holidays)

I aim to ship all orders as soon as possible, the dispatch time is 2 - 5 working days (not including Saturday and Sunday or Bank holidays), Medium/Large orders may take longer depending on my daily workload.

The cut off for shipping on Fridays is 11:30pm and orders recieved after this time will not be processed or shipped until after the weekend.

* shipping costs are sometimes incorrectly calculated by the system, if this happens you will receive a partial shipping refund

** International customers please be aware of your own countrys import duty/fees, as the store is not responsible for these
